Feel free to ask for help or ask any general questions of interest here. Any forum user may respond to your query.

If you are asking for help
Before proceeding, make sure your question is not already answered on our wiki.

Please remember to outline your problem, issue or matter of curiosity in as much detail as you can. Also remember to state any relevant information - such as your cPanel username and your website domain. You may also provide links to sites describing relevant problems/solutions. In short - the more information we have, the better we can help you.

Also, please remember to not state your password in public. The administrators will not need your password to check your account, so you do not need to give anyone your password (unless of course you want a non-admin member to help you with something - but give your password away at your own risk!).

Once your problem is solved, be sure to state so in the thread, especially if you find a solution for it. This is for the benefit of people who may be working on trying to help you and for all users, who can reference your problem and it's respective solution in the future.

If you are providing assistance
Please be clear about the support and precise about the instructions you give. Keep in mind that not everyone has the same level of technical knowledge, so try and post responses which can be understood by a broad audience of users - not all of which have experience in hosting and web development.

If we find anyone providing malicious "help" or telling users to conduct risky procedures without at least informing them of the potential risks, they will be severely disciplined.
